Kim’s infamous “Vampire facial” with blood everywhere is an extreme PR exaggeration of reality. This is a microneedling session that uses Platelet Rich Plasma...NOT blood. We do have to draw blood in order to spin it down and grab that luscious PRP that is liquid gold for the skin. Microneedling leaves you red, looking like you have a sunburn for 24-48 hours, but it doesn’t leave you looking like Sissy Spacek from CARRIE. Most of my clients will do a PRP microneedling facial on a Friday and be ready for work on Monday. In a few days your skin will be glowing and in a month or two, new collagen will have formed from the microneedling. The rich with PRP aids in regeneration and healing.
